Hello everyone!
We have released a [wooden pattern] that can be used with vibram's sneaker sole!
"What is a wooden pattern?" I would like to introduce myself briefly.
(It may be a matter of course for those of you who make or repair shoes for a living, but we would appreciate it if you could join us.)
I looked it up in the "leather terminology dictionary", an ally of the industry.

[Shoe last]
A wood, metal, or plastic mold shaped like a foot used to make shoes. Plastic shoe lasts account for the majority. It is the foundation of shoe making that determines the comfort and design of shoes. It used to be made of wood, so it was also called a wooden mold.
Quoted from " Leather Glossary: Japan Leather Industry Federation "
Hmmm. . .
A few years ago, an acquaintance of mine said something that left an impression on me.
'Last shall be first'
Have you ever heard the word?
It's a passage from the Christian Bible. Translated into Japanese, it is a proverb
"Last geese come first"
It seems that it corresponds to, but in fact in the shoe industry
"Last (wooden pattern) first"
It seems to be interpreted as In other words, the wooden pattern is the most important part of shoe making. The combination of the craftsman's spirit and word play is cool, isn't it?
As mentioned earlier in the dictionary of leather terminology, we can see that the wooden pattern is an important item that serves as the “base” for shoe making.
Shoes are made to fit the shape of the human foot, right? You can't make shoes with someone else's foot stuck in, so you use a wooden pattern that resembles the shape of a human foot instead. (Is the analogy too exaggerated? w)
The shoe can be made by placing the combined upper parts on top of the wooden pattern that serves as the base and attaching it to the sole with adhesive.
As a store that supports people who make shoes and those who want to try it, we have continued trial and error since before the opening because we would like to add to the products we handle. (Sorry to keep you waiting.)
So what exactly is the wooden pattern that issoku started selling? I will introduce you.
It is a plastic wooden mold that has not been processed.
This wooden mold is intended for use in the manufacture of sneakers and sole swaps, so it is not a sliding type.
Based on this, please design the original wooden pattern by adding putty and scraping it yourself.
Designed to fit a wooden base and several types of vibram sneaker soles.
Please refer to the relative table to see if the sole and last you want to use are compatible.

In addition to the above three types, there are sneaker soles that fit. Please take a look at the product page .
I'm sorry, but the stock for this sale is very small.
We are planning to expand and improve the size while receiving feedback and advice from everyone, so thank you for your support.
Until the end Thank you for reading.
