I haven't received an email from our shop after placing an order, but have you completed the order?

If you use a mobile phone email address or a free email address, you may not receive an order confirmation email from us.

・Please set up so that you can receive emails from our shop. (Please contact your telecommunications carrier for the setting method.)
・Please check the junk mail folder or trash folder as it may be automatically sent.

When will the ordered items be shipped?

Orders received by [credit card] by 12:00 on business days will be shipped on the same day in principle.
If you place an order by [bank transfer], we will ship the payment confirmation by 12:00 on the business day on the same day.
If you request leather processing such as skiving, it will take 5 to 7 business days to ship.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We will accept the item if it has not been shipped.
We cannot accept cancellations for products that have been processed.
